Artista Face Primer Serum Azeloglicina 5% is used in cosmetics as an anti-bacterial compound that has anti-acne properties and improves the functioning of sebaceous glands. It has been used to form an innovative compound – azeloglycine. It is its synthetic equivalent, in which molecules of azelaic acid have been modified in order to form a more effective formula. This acid is not water-soluble, thus in order to change this property, it was combined with water-soluble glycine. Azeloglycine is a liquid and retains medicinal properties that are characteristic of azelaic acid. Additionally, it moistures the skin and strengthens its barrier.
